    Before Pfizer acquired Wyeth in Oct. 2009, Mr. Xi was the Public Relation Director of Wyeth China. At that position, he was responsible for the media relation and internal/external communications for Wyeth pharmaceutical and nutrition business in China. He also took care of local government relation, issue/crisis management and CSR programs.         
     
    Before joining Wyeth in 2004, Mr. Xi had been working at Intel China for more than 7 years and taken the positions of Public Relation Manager and External Affairs Manager. His responsibilities included media communications, government relation, community affairs and employee communications, etc.
     
    Mr. Xi has more than 15 years working experience in communications, public relation, employee communications, digital media, government relation, CSR and issue/crisis management, etc. He also worked in marketing and investment analysis areas before.
     
    He is now co-chairing the Communication Working Group of R&D Based Pharmaceutical Association Committee (RDPAC).
     
    Mr. Xi got his EMBA degree from Shanghai Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and the Bachelor Degree from Shanghai Jiao-Tong University.
